2. Authentication

All items are subject to forensic authentication before delivery. If an item cannot be authenticated to our standards, we will notify you prior to fulfilment. Authentication certificates are provided on request.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through secured channels including PayPal and bank transfer. A deposit may be required to initiate sourcing. All payment confirmations are documented and available in our Proof Vault.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide via insured courier services. Delivery timelines are provided at the point of enquiry and are subject to customs clearance. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

5. Returns & Disputes

Due to the bespoke nature of private sourcing, all sales are final upon acceptance and payment. In the event of an authentication dispute, contact our concierge within 48 hours of delivery.
